Each week we amaze ourselves at how we are able to bring our all natural product to your door step. While hard work, a bit of creativity and sweet, delicious beer are present in our daily routines, our SOP (that means Standard Operating Procedure) is what allows the magic of this little company to happen. Join us as we walk through the steps that will lead you to becoming a Happy Soup Eater.

1. Congratulations, you’ve already managed to find our web site, the very first step in becoming a Happy Soup Eater. Well not exactly. The most important part of all is that you become a member by registering, a free service. At this point you will be asked to (one time only) select a user name, a password and list your shipping address. This information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of creating our master database.
2. Each week the Happy Soup Eater will email the members of our database announcing our upcoming weekly menu items.
3. Using our secure web site you may log on to place orders by using credit or debit card through Pay Pal (another free service), by redeeming a Gift Certificate or by sending us a check (in which we will create a balance in your account from which you withdraw) for our products to be delivered to your home or work place.
   All orders must be placed by 12 pm. on Thursday.
4. All deliveries will be made on Friday or Saturday according to your zipcodes designated delivery day. Pick up at our new locaation will also be available Saturday between 8:00-4:00 pm., a pre-order is required for pick up purchases.

5. On your area’s designated delivery day, place an iced cooler, large enough to hold your order on your front door step. Your food will then be safely stored away awaiting your arrival.*
6. Heat the soup and enjoy. Unless of course that week’s particular selection happens to be Gazpacho.

* The Happy Soup Eater will deliver products to your home that have been purchased by you, with or without a cooler. Please be sure to leave a cooler with ice, gel packs or other well chilled products which help to ensure that your purchase is kept within appropriate temperatures. Once the product has been delivered, we are no longer able to accept responsibility for products that have been left out in the elements.
